YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Executive 408 Toastmasters Youngstown member Debbie Larson, a resident of Struthers, continued her winning ways by taking first place awards at the 2023 Area 13th International Speech and Table Topics Speech contests. The contests were held virtually Feb. 19. Larson competed from home. Larson advanced to the Area 13 contests in December by sweeping both table topics and the international speech contest at the Executive 408 Youngstown club contest. Area 13 consists of Youngstown, Warren, Cuyahoga Falls and Kent.
